Nanny Cay Resort and Marina, a cornerstone in the Caribbean's maritime sector, embarked on a significant expansion of their boatyard, targeting new haul-out capabilities. Mainstay Consulting Group Ltd. was at the forefront of this ambitious project, tasked with reviewing and enhancing the development plans to align with market needs and operational efficiency.

The classic motor yacht Jura II embarked on a significant transformation, and Mainstay Consulting Group Ltd. was at the helm of this transition. The yacht owner's vision was to convert Jura II from a private vessel into a commercially operable charter yacht, capable of cruising with a professional crew in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, while still allowing personal use by the owner without complications from the flag state or insurers.

The ambitious expansion of Nanny Cay Marina and Resort marks a significant milestone in the Caribbean's maritime sector, and Mainstay Consulting Group Ltd. is honoured to have played a role in reviewing their strategic development plan. Tasked with a low-resolution analysis of this expansion, which includes the introduction of a third marina facility adding over 2000 linear metres of dockage, our team dove deep into various critical aspects of the project.
